At Seawave Marine, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines the methods, costs, delivery timelines, and other key details regarding our shipping services.
1. Shipping Methods and Regions
We deliver to customers across Germany, Europe, and select international destinations. Our shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Reliable delivery within the estimated timeframe.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery for urgent orders (available for select regions).
- Freight Shipping: For larger or bulkier items like marine engines and equipment.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Exact charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
- Standard Shipping: Free Shipping.
- Express Shipping: Additional cost will be applied for all destinations.
- Freight Shipping: Calculated based on the item(s) and destination.
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Germany: 2–5 business days.
- Europe: 5–10 business days.
- International: 10–21 business days, depending on location.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs clearance delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any delays.
4. Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET on business days are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us at sales@seawavemarine.de.
6. Freight Shipping for Large Items
For heavy or oversized products, such as inboard engines, freight shipping will be arranged. We will provide you with the shipping details, including delivery timelines, and coordinate any specific requirements.
Freight orders may require additional handling time and will be delivered curbside unless otherwise specified.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries due to shipping carrier limitations or regulatory restrictions.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 business days of receipt:

- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
9. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
